It is important by the end of formal and compulsory education for every student to have been trained on all Skills Lab concepts from all Thematic Units. For this reason in each department / class under the responsibility of the Teachers' Association:
B1. A special portfolio of achievements per department/class unit is created (portfolio), which will contain at least the Skills Cultivation Programs that will be applied in the same department or class throughout compulsory education from Kindergarten to 3rd grade – Gymnasium for every student.
B2. In each department/class unit, skills development programs are created from The Skills Lab subsections, as shown in the table below, with connection as much as possible to the cognitive objects of the Curricula (where possible). For example, the subsection World and local natural heritage, can be linked to the objectives of the Geology – Geography curricula in High School, or the subsection Nutrition can be linked to Environmental Studies in Primary School, or Road safety can be linked with a sub section of the Language curricula such as 4th grade "Safely … Circulate », etc.
B3. In 3rd grade – Gymnasium (lower secondary) the Thematic Units of Skills Lab are linked to the School Vocational Orientation Programme which operates as a Thematic Unit "umbrella". For example, in the first Thematic Unit, issues of sex education with a professional orientation can be linked to the field of Health, in the second Thematic Unit issues of sex education with a professional orientation can be linked to the field of The Environment, etc.
