Skills Lab is an innovative, dynamic, didactic, educational action, which consists in the addition of four (4) new Thematic Units, with a focus on skills, in the compulsory schedule (timetable) of Kindergarten, Elementary and High School, utilizing modern and innovative learning methods
The basic principle of the Skills Lab is to combine the cognitive field of the Curricula with the development of students’ basic skills in order to transform them into free and responsible citizens.
The purpose of the Skills Lab is to help students enhance their soft skills, life skills and technology and science skills. The sub-objectives of the Skills Lab is the development of students learning cabilities through collaborative, creative and critically reflective learning methodologies, the development of life skills, mediation and responsibility, the enhancement of digital learning, technology and programming thinking skills.
