This section submits an annual report including conclusions and proposals for improvement regarding the modus operandi of IEP to the Chairperson.&#13;\n&#13;\nA public school teacher or contracted staff could be appointed as director of the section for four years, following a public call for expression of interest, according to 33404\/\u0397\/27-3-2012 Joint Ministerial Decision of the Minister of Finance, Minister of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs and the State Secretary of Administrative Reform and E-Government (\u0392\u0384 947) upon selection criteria defined by the
