Law practitioners, seconded public education teachers (\u03a0\u039578 Social Sciences Discipline) with a law degree serve in this department. Contracted law practitioners with IEP in the context of actions implementation concerning co-financed programs could, if required by IEP, cooperate with the Legal Support Department. A law practitioner is appointed as Head of the Department according to the Governing Board decision. An employee already serving at the Legal Department or another person according to par. 2, article 43, law 4194\/2013 (A\u2019 208) could become Head of the Department.
