It acts notably upon:&#13;\na. The planning and implementation of a project or action as far as the scientific planning and monitoring is concerned in cooperation with the scientific department of IEP. It plans every project or action in order to submit it for approval by the competent bodies and supervises the implementation of programs or actions of any nature serving the objectives of their subject and scientific subject as well as providing at the same time consent to the proposals for projects\/actions&#13;\nb.
