The Department of Human Resources and Logistics<\/strong> is responsible in particular for issues of Staff Regulations, leaves, training and briefing of IEP staff as well as temporary IEP staff during the implementation of projects and actions of the institute. It is also competent for the legislation, the circulars and other administrative acts related to staff matters as well as the transportation of IEP staff or IEP management board members and accommodates the issuance of the relevant administrative acts. Moreover, it keeps a register. According to the decision of the Governing Board, it provides secretarial support of any nature to the service units of IEP, accommodates the keeping of register, printed as well as digital, along with the transmission and processing of documents and is responsible for the keeping and safeguarding the IEP document transmission register. Furthermore, it is competent on matters of accommodation, security, retention, cleaning and installations maintenance, operation and repair of equipment, receipt and disposal of any material and media belonging to IEP. It provides for the supply of any kind of goods that are required for the proper operation of IEP. It also keeps a register of stored consumables and equipment. All in all, it carries out every task that requires logistics for the building infrastructure and any kind of equipment of IEP. The section is responsible for the supply in every category of goods and services aiming at the orderly operation of IEP.<\/p>\n
