Work and Teachers, European and International Educational Policy is responsible for issues related to:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; the professional development of teachers and educational staff (training and certification of training activities),<br\/>&#8211; the evaluation of educational work and teachers,<br\/>&#8211; the monitoring and study of international and European educational policy.<\/p>\n\n<p>As part of its responsibilities, it records, studies and collects data on any issue in primary and secondary education that requires monitoring and policy planning, such as school dropout and early school leaving through the operation of a special Observatory.<br\/>In the same context, it recommends measures and actions for the timely and effective response to the country&#8217;s obligations arising from its participation in international programmes such as the OECD&#8217;s PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) and ICILS (International Computer and Information Literacy Study), formulates and monitors indicators related to educational work, while at the same time cooperating with public bodies, universities and international organisations for
